Banana Smoothie

This is a quick and simple post workout smoothie.


1 large banana
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
¾ Cup of vanilla Almond milk
1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Add milk, protein powder, and the banana and blend together in a high powered blender add a teaspoon of chia seeds on top.
