Meet Stacey, a certified CYQ personal trainer based right here in the vibrant landscape of Barbados. In 2011, she ventured to the UK to pursue an intensive personal training diploma, immersing herself in face-to-face learning. This experience equipped her with the skills to correct and maintain proper exercise posture, optimizing each movement for maximum effectiveness while minimizing the risk of injury.

During her qualification journey, Stacey delved into additional courses, including kettlebells, circuits, suspension training, and spin. A few years later, recognizing a prevalent trend among her clients facing various injuries or health issues, she was inspired to further her expertise. Stacey pursued a diploma in exercise referral, covering a range of mental and physical health conditions. This expansion allowed her to diversify her client base, working with individuals dealing with challenges such as strokes and diabetes.

Passionate about her craft, Stacey takes immense joy in witnessing her clients achieve their goals, regardless of size, and is dedicated to fostering a healthier, more active lifestyle for all.
