Pulse Fitness is a boutique personal training service located in the beautiful island of Barbados. We have been in the fitness industry for the last 8 years and know how to get our clients the best results possible. We offer tailor made packages to suit your needs, whether you are a local looking for at home personal training sessions or you are visiting from overseas and are looking for a personal trainer in Barbados to train you at your villa. We tailor our work outs to suit your needs and work around any injuries or disabilities. Meet Your Trainer
Stacey is a CYQ qualified personal trainer located here in Barbados. She travelled to the Uk in 2011 to do her intensive personal training diploma. By learning face to face, she quickly learned how to correct and maintain the proper posture for exercises to get the most out of each movement while minimizing injury. While doing her qualification she also did other courses such as kettlebells, circuits, suspension training and spin.
A couple of years later she realised that most of the clients she received had some sort of injury of health problem which motivated her clients to start training. With this in mind she followed up her course with a diploma in exercise referral, this course covered many mental and physical health conditions which allowed her to expand her client base. She has worked with people who have had strokes and diabetes to name a couple. She is very passionate about what she does and loves to see her clients achieve their goals no matter how big or small.
I spent a couple of weeks in Barbados in February and wanted to keep my training up while I was there. I found Stacy via her website and booked some sessions with her. Everything was easy and straight forward.
Stacy was brilliant, always punctual and in good form every morning we met. She was also flexible when I needed to make a change in times which was great too.
Our workouts were tough but I felt great afterwards and came home fitter than when I arrived. I will definitely train with Stacy again on our next trip to the Island
