Personal trainer.
Barbados local.
Genuinely obsessed
with this island.
I've been training holiday clients on the West Coast for over 15 years. I know every beach, every quiet stretch of garden, every golden-hour spot that makes a workout feel less like work.

I didn't set out to be a personal trainer. I set out to move — and somewhere along the way, helping other people do the same became the best part of my life.
I grew up in Barbados and I've never quite been able to leave — not properly, anyway. I've hiked the Inca Trail, walked the West Highland Way, trekked Patagonia, driven the Alaska Highway. I've camped in Iceland and lost myself in Vietnam. But I always come back to this island, because nowhere else has the combination of warmth, beauty, and energy that makes you want to be outside doing something with your body every single day.
That feeling is what I want your sessions to tap into. Not a grind. Not punishment for the rum punches. Just movement that feels good, in a place that makes it impossible not to enjoy it.
Trained to work with everyone —
not just the already-fit
My core qualification — the UK's leading fitness certification, covering programme design, anatomy, nutrition principles, and client management.
Specialist training to work safely and effectively with clients managing cardiovascular conditions, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and chronic health conditions.
Additional certifications in kettlebell training, circuit conditioning, and suspension training — the kit that travels well and delivers results outdoors.
Why I only work
with holiday clients
I made a deliberate choice a while back to focus entirely on visitors to Barbados rather than building a local client base. It sounds counterintuitive, but it means every session I do is with someone who's chosen to be here — someone who's switched off from the everyday and is actually present.
Holiday clients are my favourite people to train. They're not dragging themselves to the gym before work. They're standing in a villa garden at 7am with the sun already warm, genuinely wanting to be there. That energy is contagious. It makes my job feel like a privilege.
It also means I can give every client my full attention. I'm not managing 30 regulars alongside you — when you're here, you're my focus. I know your name, your goals, your dodgy knee, and exactly how hard to push you before you start enjoying it.
I primarily cover the West Coast — Sandy Lane, Mullins, Speightstown — and can travel to other areas subject to my schedule. If you're unsure whether I can reach you, just ask.
I'm a solo mum, a soap maker, and someone who has carried a toddler up more hiking trails than is probably sensible. I'm also a certified personal trainer with 15 years of experience. Both things are equally true and equally relevant to who I am as a trainer.
