¼ Cup Oatmeal (Optional)
½ Scoop Vanilla or Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
Add milk followed by the rest of the ingredients and bled until smooth. You can adjust the amount of milk depending on the consistency you want.
