Who I am

This privacy policy applies to Pulse Fitness Barbados, a personal training service operated by Stacey, based in Barbados. The website is pulsefitnessbb.com.

I collect personal information only when you choose to provide it — through the contact form, health questionnaire, or by emailing or messaging me directly. This may include:

• Your name, email address, and WhatsApp number
• Your travel dates and location in Barbados
• Health and fitness information provided in the questionnaire — including medical conditions, injuries, medications, and fitness goals
• Any additional information you choose to share in messages or enquiries

I do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

Why I collect it

Your information is used solely to provide and improve the personal training service. Specifically:

• To respond to your enquiry and confirm availability
• To plan sessions that are safe and appropriate for your health and fitness level
• To communicate with you before, during, and after your sessions
• To process your booking and deposit payment via Stripe

I do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and I will never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Health information

The health questionnaire collects sensitive personal data including medical conditions, medications, and injury history. This information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

By submitting the health questionnaire you consent to this information being used for the purposes of planning your personal training sessions.

How long I keep your data

I keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the service and maintain records of our working relationship. In practice this means:

• Enquiry information is kept for up to 12 months in case you return for a future booking
• Health questionnaire data is kept for the duration of our working relationship and deleted within 12 months of your last session
• Payment records are retained as required for accounting purposes

You can request deletion of your data at any time — see section 07 below.

Cookies and website tracking

This website may use basic cookies to support functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels are used.

If you connect via Google Search Console or similar tools, those services have their own privacy policies which apply independently.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct any inaccurate information
• Ask me to delete your information at any time
• Withdraw consent for your data to be used at any time
