If you’re looking for a way to get more veggies in your diet then here you go! This is a basic green juice recipe to start with.
Ingredients:
1 handful of greens (I used chinese cabbage, but kale and spinach would be great too)
1 large apple
1 Cup of water
1 teaspoon of honey
Add all the ingredients together in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. You can add more water if it is too thick.
Serve as it is or use a piece of cheesecloth to strain and produce a nice smooth juice!
