90 Day Body Sculpt Program

The alarm goes off and its another rush to get ready for work and get out the door. After organizing everyone but yourself, you decide you’ll have to opt for another crappy lunch from the fast food place down the road, which you grab and eat quickly between meetings… and so the cycle continues…

It’s time to break down that cycle.

Together we will build better habits to help you make better decisions when it comes to food choices and making time for yourself.

In this program you will have access to loads of simple meals that are delicious, and can be cooked in about 30 minutes or less. There are also great recipes that you can make over the weekend as meal prep for the week ahead.

We know you are too busy to head to the gym in the morning for an hour, so we’ve got you covered with 30 minutes high intensity workouts that only require 5-8lb dumbbells, you can also opt to use resistance bands!

Over the course of 90 days you will:

  • Feel more confident
  • Gain knowledge and understanding of nutrition and how to make better selections even if you are at a fast food restaurant.
  • Will develop habits that encourage you to slow down and take time for yourself.
  • Learn to make delicious meals (no plain chicken breast and rice here)
  • Build a sustainable and healthy routine to help you lose weight and keep it off.
