Ingredients:
1 handful Blueberries
1 handful Raspberries
1 handful Blackberries
¾ Cup of brewed Berry flavored Green Tea

Add all the ingredients to the blender, add ice if none of the fruits are frozen and blend until smooth.

Kale & Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 Handful of chopped Kale
1 Small celery stalk
½ banana
½ Cup apple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Place ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

1 handful of strawberries
½ Scoop of Vanilla or Strawberry Protein Powder (Optional)
½ Cup Vanilla Almond Milk

Blend everything together in a high powered blender and enjoy.

1 teaspoon Cacao powder
¾ Cup Chocolate Almond Milk
2 teaspoons chia seeds

This is a quick and simple post workout smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 large banana
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
¾ Cup of vanilla Almond milk
1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Add milk, protein powder, and the banana and blend together in a high powered blender add a teaspoon of chia seeds on top.
