Ingredients:

1 Chopped mango (Approx 1 Cup)
1 Cup pineapple chunks
2 Limes

Blend the mango and pineapple together then add the lime juice and blend again. Strain to make a smooth juice or blend with ice for a nice refreshing smoothie.

Ingredients:

1-2 Small beets
1 Cucumber
1 Apple
Ginger to taste

Add your ingredients to the blend and blend until smooth, strain using cheesecloth.

Ingredients:

1 apple
2 Small Beets
1 Small carrot
¾ Water

Add all the ingredients to a blend and blend until smooth. You can strain using a piece of cheese cloth

Green Juice

If you’re looking for a way to get more veggies in your diet then here you go! This is a basic green juice recipe to start with.

Ingredients:

1 handful of greens (I used chinese cabbage, but kale and spinach would be great too)
1 large apple
1 Cup of water
1 teaspoon of honey

Add all the ingredients together in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. You can add more water if it is too thick.
Serve as it is or use a piece of cheesecloth to strain and produce a nice smooth juice!

Beet & Raspberry Juice

This simple bright red juice is delicious and easy to make. Beets are great for purifying the blood and raspberries contain loads of antioxidants. Together these make a great tasting, naturally sweetened juice that you can enjoy anytime.

Ingredients:

2 beets
2 handfuls raspberries
¾ cup of brewed Green Tea

Blend together in a high powered blender until smooth
Enjoy as it is or strain using cheesecloth to produce a nice smooth juice.
