Vanilla Chia Pudding
This is a basic Chia pudding recipe. The possibilities are endless!
3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Honey
½ Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)
Add the Chia seeds to the Almond milk and stir well. Add the honey and protein powder. If you’re using a blender you can combine everything and give it a couple quick pulses to mix it. Once it is mixed you can put it in the fridge and leave it overnight. You can also add some fruit slices to it! Get creative. I like bananas on top of mine!
