1 Handful lettuce
1 handful of spinach
1 small cucumber
Season the tilapia with lemon and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium to high heat and add tilapia, cook on each side for approx 4minutes until it is cooked through.
Wash the lettuce and spinach thoroughly, chop the cucumber and tomato. Add tilapia to your salad and sprinkle with balsamic vinegarette.
