1 handful lettuce
1 handful spinach or kale
1 Clove garlic
Season the salmon with garlic and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium to high heat and add salmon, cook on each side for approx 4minutes until it is cooked through.
Wash the lettuce and spinach thoroughly, chop the cucumber, carrot and tomato. Add salmon to your salad and sprinkle with balsamic vinegarette.
