Peanut Butter Chia Pudding


3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Peanut butter
½ Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)

Add the Chia seeds to the Almond milk, add the peanut butter and protein powder and use a blender to combine everything. Once it is mixed you can put it in the fridge and leave it overnight.
Bananas or apple slices go great with this one!
