Cinnamon Chia Pudding


3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Honey
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)

Add the Chia seeds to the Almond milk and stir well. Add the honey and protein powder. If you’re using a blender you can combine everything and give it a couple quick pulses to mix it. Once it is mixed you can put it in the fridge and leave it overnight. Slice some bananas over it in the morning and enjoy!
