Chicken Stir Fry

1 Chicken breast chopped

⅓ Cup rice noodles (cooked)

1 teaspoon garlic

Half a small onion

Half a head of broccoli

8-10 Snap peas

Sprinkle of black pepper

 

Sprinkle chicken with black pepper.

Soak rice noodles in a bowl with hot water until soft, approx 10mins, drain and cut noodles in half.

Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a pan at medium to heat heat. Add garlic and stir approx 1 minute. Add onions and then chicken and cook chicken until it is no longer pink in the center approx 5-7 minutes.Throw in the extra vegetables like the snap peas and broccoli for a couple minutes.

Throw in the rice noodles and a splash of soy sauce and mix.
