Berry Chia Pudding


3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1 handful of berries (Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Strawberries)
½ Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Optional)

Add the Chia seeds to the Almond milk and add the berries ( I love blueberries and raspberries). Blend it all together until it’s smooth and put it aside overnight. You could add some extra banana slices here too! (Yes, slightly obsessed with bananas!)
