One on One Personal Training 12 Sessions


These one hour sessions include:

  • Short Warm Up
  • 30-40 minutes of Strength Training
  • 10-15 minutes of Ab/ Core Strengthening
  • 10-15 minutes of Stretching

Each session can be adapted to suit your needs while taking into consideration any injuries or medical conditions.

You will be required to pay a deposit to confirm your booking – Refundable up to 24hrs before the first session.
